HR Division Head
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities: Approve and monitor manpower planning including recruitment, training and development programs.Oversee comprehensive performance management programs and rewards strategy.Manage supervision of HR Operations and General Affairs including payroll and compensation services, employee and industry relations, employee discipline, welfare and safety of work.Ensure that HR guidance, policy and goals are being enforced.Report to President Director.
Requirements: Proven HR Management experience (or personnel management experience in other capacities) of at least 5 years. Prior working experience in an automotive business environment will be advantageous.Master degree from reputable university (preferably in Psychology, Law or HR Management).Well-rounded experience in Talent, Performance & Reward Management, HR Operations, and General Affairs.Sound knowledge and understanding of Indonesian labour law and regulation.Competence in leadership, management, communication, problem solving and team-work building skills.Only qualified candidates will be notified for interviews
